Through team building and development training, we can stimulate employees' potential and cognition, empower each other, enhance team cooperation and fighting spirit, increase mutual understanding and cohesion among employees, so as to more effectively invest in work and achieve greater performance of the company at each stage.
12nd -14th August, we have our Team-building activities with the theme of "Gathering hearts and Strength to forge ahead" in Quanzhou Wuling farm extension training base, which is located in the middle and lower part of the eastern slope of Qingyuan Mountain, a scenic spot of Qingyuan Mountain in Quanzhou. It belongs to the cultural industrial belt around Qingyuan Mountain under the jurisdiction of Fengze. Located in the South Asian tropical climate zone, Wuling Ecological Leisure Farm has a mild climate, no cold winter, no hot summer, abundant rainfall, rich diversity of agricultural resources and wild animals and plants. The farm is only 2km away from Fuxia National Highway 324 and Shenhai Expressway Quanzhou Entrance and Exit, (behind Quanzhou Huaqiao University) with convenient transportation and unique location advantages.
Through various of physical training,rafting, wading, tree crossing, DIY food, horse riding, rural golf, CS field war, BBQ, campfire party, tent camping, outward bound training, fruit picking, writing through the strings on hands of all the team members, etc.. we deeply realize that unity is strength, a good team should have these characteristics:
1. Unity. If a team is not united, then the team will never succeed, this is the most basic factor.
2. Trust, teammates need to trust each other, mutual recognition. We can't hold the whole team back by complaining about little things, so we should trust more and complain less.
3. Help each other. Teammates should help each other and support each other. “People of one mind, Taishan moved”. If a team is cohesive, it will be a step closer to success.
4. Responsibility. It is also very important for the team to have a sense of responsibility. When a team member has some uncertain factors, everyone should take their own responsibility instead of shirking their own responsibility.
5. Innovation. Innovation is a necessary skill for everyone in today's society. If a team keeps following the rules and conformism without the courage to think outside the box, the team will be surpassed by others.
The encouragement of the team, the good relationship, the warm atmosphere... All these can increase our courage to overcome difficulties and strength to keep moving forward, and let us know how to communicate and cooperate with others better and more effectively.
